Power of Packaging

I stopped in at the Fresh and Easy last night and while walking around I wandered through the liquor area and came across this little packaging gem. I’ve always admired interesting liquor labels and bottles in the store and this sampler 12 pack of beer by Ballistic Brewing Company definitely jumped out at me with it’s very unique and artistic packaging. Each bottle has a custom illustrated label with a vintage feel that applies to each different type of beer such as Bumblebee Golden Ale and Gargoyle India Pale Ale.

While I AM excited to try the beer, I’m not going to lie, I bought it almost entirely for the packaging. First impressions are everything and and this is proof your product is no different. People are very visual and a well designed package or label often sells product before taste or anything else. The key then, is to have a product that is of equal quality to keep people buying it. So, Here’s hoping the Ballistic Brewing beer is delicious as they present it.
